Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Antibiotics are not routinely recommended in management of cold, loose motion and vomiting.
Injudicious use of antibiotic themself can cause antibiotic associated diarrhoea, super infection and selection of resistant bacteria.
Use Antibiotics only when advised by Registered Medical Practitioner.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
