What Are The Side Effects Of Using Anti-Dark Spot Fade Cream?

Hi. I m using this skin toner called Palmer s Skin Success Skin Success Anti-Dark Spot Fade Cream and it s making light random light spots on my face. Is this part of the process or should i stop using this product. If i stop using this product will my skin eventually revert back to it s original skin tone or will I have to use an even skin toner instead. Please help and thank you.

1 A toner under normal conditions is not expected to result in light colored random spots on your skin. Do you get any irritation or some abnormal sensation when you apply the said toner?
2 It would be safe to stop using the toner and wait to see if the skin returns to normal.
3 you might need a face to face consultation if there are any issues despite discontinuation of toner.
