What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Zosert 100 ?

Hi doctor,
I am taking zosert 100 for last two moths. Initially it was staryed with 50mg for a month and increased to 100.
It was fine till 10 days before . For Last 10 days I am using toilet more and urge is high. When I pass the motion I have lower abdomen pain. Could it be IBS ?

The side effects of Zosert are nausea, anorexia, dyspepsia, constipation, diarrhoea, dry mouth, flatulence, vomiting, ejaculation failure, increased sweating, increased sleep, agitation, insomnia, headache, dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, nervousness, tremor, decreased libido, rash, hot flushes, blurred vision.

The bowel problem is apparently due to an intestinal infection. A 5-days' course of Metronidazole should relieve you of the problem.
