What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Familia 28 Injection?

Hi i ve a problem after using famila 28 injection which z for 3 month. I dont want to pregnant coz my child z just of 10 months. But one side effect of this injection z that in first 2month i didnt got periods but now 20 days passed but still bleeding.what i use 4 it.

contraceptives used for avoiding pregnancy,when results in 2 months amenorrhea ,followed by heavy bleeding! Naturally you are tense! I understand your concern.
- The injectable contraceptives are known to cause menstrual irregularities /no menstruation( amenorrhea).Please don't worry,this usually reduces over a period of 3-6 months.Lac of menstruation is also seen.
- The excessive bleeding has to be managed by rest,lot of fluids,nutritive/light diet,extra sanitary napkins & ppsule CVP gynae 2 capsules three times a day.
Other side effects observed are-
abdominal discomfort.nausea,weakness,head ache,depression
,hair loss- which need to be managed by lifestyle changes.
