I ve been taking OEP for 2 months and I ve lost 30.4 lbs. I currently weigh 216 and I am 5 6 . Not on any other meds. I ve cut back on eating (dieting but also not depriving myself) and I feel great. My question is: The bottle says to stop taking OEP for 4 weeks before starting up again. I also read a negative comment about a user who took it for 3 months which he claims caused his heart to enlarge and he is now disabled. I am wondering what they are basing this 2 month, 4 week break off of? What are the risks?
