What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Follihair Tablet?

I am having hairfall problem ..last 2weeks I loss my lot of hair in my head.... I will use follihair tablet to stop hair loss and grow well hair in my head... if there any side effects in that follihair tablet please tell me the right way doctor please?????

Follihair Tablet contains vitamins and minerals namely Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Copper, Di-Methionine, Iron, L-Cysteine, L-Lysine, Manganese, Niacinamide, Selenium, Zinc as active ingredients.
Common side effects that may occur when using Follihair Tablet include: abdominal cramps, blood in stools and anaemia.
