What Are The Side Effects Of Swallowing A Worm?

my 5 yr old nephew ate chocolate but there's a small white worm in it, we're not sure if he swallowed some of the worm... i made him vomit but i'm not sure if he vomited all the chocolates and worm.. what would be the side effect if in case he wasn't able to vomited it all? thank you
