Your dose for Glyburide(Glynase mf) looks pretty much adjusted.  There is nothing in the field of medicine which we treat by drugs and there are no side effects of that drug. We have to see that the benefits should overweigh the side effects. Though less common but some of a huge list of side effects are:- Difficulty swallowing, dizziness, itching, puffiness or swelling of the eyelids,face,lips,tongue. Shortness of breath, skin rash, tightness in chest, fast heart beat, wheezing sounds on breathing!!! May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead.
