bronchitis.
Usually, this is self limiting in nature.

You can give him simple anti inflammatory drug for this. He will mostly recover within 2-3 days.
But if he develops
cough,
chest pain and breathing difficulty then immediately
consult doctor because he might need inhaled treatment.
But at present, no treatment is required.
Also tell him to drink plenty of fluids orally and keep himself hydrated.
