HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is not likely to have any growth effect at age 28.

At the end of the long bones there is an area called the epiphyseal plate. This area is involved in the production of new bone and therefore increasing length and height.
At the end of adolescence , this area undergoes permanent change, it becomes the epiphyseal line.

After this point no further change in height is possible, it will not go back and start adding new bone no matter what meds are given.

Wishing you the best
