Severe burning, stinging, or irritation,signs of eye infection such as pain, swelling, severe discomfort, crusting and sensitivity to light are the side effects of gentamicin eye drops.When a known history of allergy is present,gentamicin drops should definitely not be used.Kindly stop the drug use.
