What Are The Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

Hi doc.
I think I'm suffering from over masturbation, and as a result my joints are weak and a lot of cracking sound, loss of concentration and memory. I have managed to get rid of that sinful habit, but those are the problems I'm facing. Please please help me, and God bless you!

Thanks is nothing like "over masturbation" or excess masturbation.
What penis does in vagina during sexual intercourse, same it does in folded palm during masturbation. Sexual intercourse is not sinful act hence the masturbation.
Lack of knowledge causes guilt and anxiety.
I advise you counseling with a psychiatrist.
Stop worries and enjoy kindling.
