Hello dear, The ointment is a combination of antifungal (Miconazole) & corticosteroid (Hydrocortisone), meant for external application. Since you have unknowingly swallowed it, it may cause some discomfort in the form of nausea, vomiting, Gastrointestinal disturbance, dizziness, appearance of rash in the body, etc. But these are rare & usually subside on its own. If you notice any such symptoms within the next 24 hours, it will be advisable to seek medical help. However, the more important reason of concern is that the disease/ infection for which your boyfriend is using the cream may get transmitted to you during the course of oral sex.
