What Are The Side Effects Of Duoluton-1?

hi my name is jasse, i had pcod problem and have a baby boy of 2 years. After my delivary due to irregular periods my doctor kept me medication of duoluton-l for one and half year. what are the side effects of duoluton prolonged use? is it cancer-prone?

Hi

Severe abdominal pain,Heavy menstrual bleeding,Spotting or bleeding between periods,Nausea and Vomiting,Unusual tiredness and weakness
Breast pain and tenderness,Change in libido,Diarrhoea and weight gain are some of the side effects of the drug.

Blood clot formation and Stroke are the severe side effects that can occur with long term use of the drug.These drugs are protective against certain cancers and can also cause certain cancers like endometrial cancer on long term use.Hence unnecessary long term use of the drug should be prevented.
