Hi,

Dermadew soap is generally considered safe for children, but some children may experience skin irritation or allergic reactions to the ingredients in the soap. Lobate cream and Nevolin cream both contain the active ingredient clobetasol, which is a strong steroid that can have side effects such as thinning of the skin, stretch marks, and increased risk of infection. These creams should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare provider and for a limited time.

Zytec (cetirizine) is an antihistamine that is commonly used to treat allergies and allergic reactions. It is generally considered safe for children, but some children may experience side effects such as drowsiness, dry mouth, and stomach upset.

It is important to closely monitor your child for any signs of side effects while using these medications. If you notice any adverse reactions or if your child's symptoms do not improve, it is important to contact your healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment. It is also important to use these medications only as directed by your healthcare provider and to follow any instructions for proper application or dosing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
