What Are The Side Effects Of Cytolog 200mg?

I had medical abortion under the supervision of a doctor. my pelvic scan reports after 2 weeks came to be normal but i am having brownish discharge from my vagina...so the doctor consulted me to take 4 tablets of Cytolog 200mg on two days. but am worried to take the same tablets again. Please advice on this!! will this be harmful to me taking those powerful medicines again??

Cytolog 200mg contains misoprostol which is used for medical abortion and treat post delivery bleeding, bleeding stomach ulcer etc. Side effects of cytolog are vaginal bleeding, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reaction, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, disrupted menstrual cycle, menorrhagia, uterine cramps, uterine contractions, headache, anemia, abnormal heart beat, chest pain, flatulence, infection following abortion etc.
