Hi my name is priya and i want to do anal sex with my boy friend but aim afraid because of pain ,, can i use Xylocane gel inside the anal hole to finish the pain .. please tell me is there any side effect to apply inside the Anal hole.. if there is any side effect to apply inside then suggest me the best way to avoid the pain

You must use lubrication gels like KY jelly if anal sex is in your mind. Local anaesthetics, such as lignocaine (lidocaine) gel, have been used to reduce anal pain during intercourse and this can numb the area with temporary loss of sensations. Again, it is strongly advised against this. By numbing the anal skin there is a real risk of causing serious injury through over-vigorous thrusting. You might injure your anal canal without feeling the pain.
