My age 49 years, weight 82 kg, height 5 feet 8 inches. I am suffering from High blood pressure from the age of 36 years. I am taking regular medicine and my BP is under control (130/90) after taking treatment of qualified (MD) doctor since my age of 36 years. I am now pre-diabetic since 2 years. My sugar level without taking the sugar medicine (Citapin 1 gm) as Fasting blood sugar 130 to 135 and PP blood sugar 140 to 150 and random 90 to 100. Sugar level after taking medicine is Fasting Sugar 108 to 110 and Random Sugar is 90 to 95. Cholesterol levels is also controlled. I take alcohol weekly at weekend 200ml. I never smoke. Now I am taking following prescribed medicine by qualified doctor (MD) 1     Tab Tricinod 10 (Morning) 2     Tab Tolol XR 50 (Evening) 3     Tab Citapin XR 1 gm (Evening) 4     Tab Folfit (Morning) 5     Cap Ecosprin AV (Evening) My question: I am taking too much medicines, what are the side effects of these medicines and what should be alternative better medicine if possible so that I will talk to my doctor. Please advise me to save my life.
