What Are The Side Effects Of Thyrowel?

I have tumor on right lob of thyroid. Scanning, x-ray, fnac, thyroid hormonal tests made by doctor. No dangerous tumor found in report. Thyroid hormone reports are normal. Doctor suggested it is un necessary growth and adviced to take thyrowel capsules for three months. Is that safe to take thyrowel ?how to take that capsules either before food or after food. Are any side effects. I may take or not? Please suggest.

Throwel capsules are supplements that help to maintain good iron levels in blood, have anti oxidant properties and help in proper functioning of thyroid gland.It contains Iron, vitamin B12 ,selenium, foic acid ,l-thyrosine.
Side effects include upset stomach, diarrhea ,constipation, skin rash if allergic to the medication, nausea, dark stools etc
It is best to take the capsules along with food to avoid upset stomach.
