hi sir, welcome to HCM, i understand ur problem, side effects of taro carbamezepine are vomit, nausea, alleric skin, anemia, dizzy, weakness etc, carbamazepine for treating the pain of trigeminal neuralgia is 100 mg taken twice daily. The dose is increased to a maximum of 1,200 mg daily, depending on the effectiveness of the medication, maybe these have less side effects, becoz some other have serious side effects, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
