What Are The Side Effects Of Susten-100 When Taken During Pregnancy?

i missed my periods last week. confirmed pregnancy.i am 23 years old and i am working and this is my first pregnancy. my doctor prescribed me susten-100and i m using oral daily once.she told me like since you are travellin take this tablet. i want to knw is ther any side effects due to this.

Pregnancy is confirmed and this is clear , you want to carry on.
Beside you didn't mention any bleeding or history of threatened abortion or miscarriage .
Susten 100 mg is progesterone and advised in pregnant female if they have history of bleeding during pregnancy or history miscarriage or DEFICIENCY of progesterone .
Since in my opinion you are NOT having such symptoms , so why progesteone .
At least I don't like it ( this is my personal opinion).
While it is CONTRAINDICATED in pregnancy ( CIMS annual 2013-2014 edition page no . 189 see heading of progesterone ) .
There are so many side effects ( minor ) but for your interest are breast changes, loss of libido, hirsutism, bleeding disorder.
If you don't have any problem in my opinion don't use . However , final decision will be taken by your treating gynaecologist.
