What Are The Side Effects Of Reeshape Tablets?

Hello Doctor, My name is Raja, I used Reeshape tablets for the last 1 year and lost nearly 30% of my body weight, just now i stopped using it. I want to know the side effects due to the tabs and also wanna know, whether i wil gain weight again. And more over i dont eat like i before . Plz give a detailed answer. Thanks in Advance :)

Reeshape i.e. orlistat 60 mg or 120 mg.
Side effects are :
Faecal urgency , urine incontinence , flatulence , fatty stools or discharge, increased defecation, headache , fatigue, anxiety , menstrual irregularities ( in female), abdominal pain/ discomfort, anaphylaxis , angioedema.
You will gain weight or not? this depends on diet and activities in near future.
Avoid fried , spicy , fatty foods . Don't take pizza, burger, chocolates sweets , butter , cold drinks.
Regular exercise 45 minute walk with fast speed or gym or regular swimming .
Eat healthy and remain anxiety free.
