What Are The Side Effects Of Nexito?

Hi,I am working as a software engineer. I am suffering with OCD. Dr. CR Chandrashekar suggested me to take Nexito 10mg. In google i searched about this tablet it is showing many side effects.
Is it true? Is there any side effects? Kindly help

I can understand your concern. Nexito is Escitalopram and the drug is a SSRI drug. The drug is one of commonly used anti anxiety and antidepressant drug. You have OCD and the disorder requires treatment for long duration with proper doses of drug. SSRIs are drugs of choice for OCD. Nexito is a safe drug and is not associated with serious side effects. The drug can cause insomnia, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, restlessness as common side effects. In high doses it can cause delayed ejaculation but the side effect is reversible so no need to worry. Please start taking the drug as per your prescription and no need to worry.
