Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The drugs you are currently taking are of at most impotence and should not be skipped. The side effects are minimal when compared to their effect!
You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole while you are on multiple drugs to avoid gastritis related symptoms. Other side effects are minimal.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
