What Are The Side Effects Of GYNAE CVP?

Hello. I am 32/F. I underwent MTP using appropriate drugs under medical consultation about a month ago. I still experience blood-spotting and uncontrolled bleeding randomly. My doctor has advised me GYNAE CVP about 3 days ago to stop the bleeding. However, I am now experiencing an increased flow of blood over the past 24 hrs. Please advice.

Gynae CVP contains calcium lactate, citrus bioflavonoid, ferrous gluconate, menadione and vitamin C which is used to treat pregnancy related bleeding, deficiency of red blood cell production, severe blood disorders with prothrombin deficiency, wound healing, scurvy, anemia, blood circulation problems, low blood calcium level, cell damage and other conditions.

Side effects of Gynae CVP are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea or constipation, redness of skin, headache, GIT upset, back pain, nervousness, dry mouth, increased thirst, dark coloured stool, loss of appetite, increased urination, black or dark coloured urine, allergic reactions etc. Tranexamic acid may help to control bleeding. If you experience uncontrolled bleeding, immediately consult your doctor.
