Hello, FIXCOM contains RIFAMPICIN,PYRIZINAMIDE,ETHAMBUTOL and ISONEX. This combination of drug can cause cutaneous syndrome early in treatment where you can experience itching and facial flushing. Dark coloured urine and nausea is again due to RIFAMPICIN. Carry on the drug and gradually symotoms would subside. In case nausea and vomiting increeases, then get the liver function test done to look for any drug induced hepatitis. Discuss with your treating doctor about it. Thanks
