Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.
Enbrel doesn't cause directly any side effects like
arthritis. This
knee pain may be due to some other reason. Some drugs also cause joint issues like this but
Etanercept (Enbrel) isn't one of them.
It may be due to
autoimmune disease, increased levels of uric acid, increased wear and tear of the joint that happens in obese people.
Consult an Orthopedist for proper in-person evaluation and treatment goes accordingly. He will help you for that. For temporarily pain may be relieved by applying Bengay Ultrastretch Gel on the knee and
massage very gently. Then apply a knee cap for relief. Take
Excedrin Extra Strength for pain relief. Take plenty of water and avoid physical activity to reduce inflammation. Rest be assured, you will get better soon.
