What Are The Side Effects Of Duonase, Xylomist And Telekast-L?

Hi, I am sunita, for three weeks I have been suffering from severe nose block, I could not sleep at night. Doctor has prescribed xylomist 0.1% drops(3 drops, three times in a day, duonase (1 drop in each nostril, one time in a day and, Telekast-L once in a day. first and last for 22 days and second for 5 days. I have been taking these medication for last two days, and I am feeling much better but I feel dryness in my sinus area. Please advice, if I can continue with this medication, she though suggested next visit after 20 days and see if there is any extra growth inside nose. Please suggest what I should do next. And also if there is any severe side effects of these medicines?

Duonase side effect: taste change, headache, nosebleed. Xylomist side effect: Temporary burning, stinging, dryness in the nose, runny nose and sneezing may occur. Telekast-L side effect: Headache, stomach pain, dry mouth, tiredness, cough, sleepiness, blocked or runny nose, dizziness or drowsiness.
