What Are The Side Effects Of Donepezil?

I am getting a defibrillator put in on Friday 9/22/17. My PCP just prescribed a med for alsheimer because I am having memory lapses. donepezil is what I have but is not the same name as what was on the script. At first the pharmacy said they did not have the drug that was on the script and that it would take a day to get it in. Then they filled the script with this. Also the pharmacist said there might be side effects but there were none on the info that came with it. I take Entresco, Corey and several other meds. Any suggestions?

Common side effects of Donepezil are black, bloody, or tarry stools, coughing up blood or vomit that looks like blood or coffee grounds, painful or difficult urination, seizure (black-out or convulsions).

Less serious side effects may include:
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, tired feeling or sleep problems (insomnia).
