What Are The Side Effects Of Cipralex?

Thank you Dr. Andrew for helping me. I have been on 30mg of Ciprolex for 6 months. I am 50 years old. I have put on 12 lbs in the past 4 months and am the biggest that I have ever been in my life. I was an ambitious runner, covering approximately 25 miles per week and ate healthy. I had eliminated sugar, carbs, beer and wine from my diet and ate as healthy as possible and did not lose a lb. I also have become so tired that I have not run in many months as well. Please, would you know what the side effects of this drug are and if it is causing this issue with me? I began the Ciprolex because of peri-menapausal symptoms. Thank you
