What Are The Side Effects Of Atorvastatin 40 Mg?

I have been taking Atorvastatin tab 40 mg. for almost a year. and now my fingers have become somewhat painful to bend them. also have problem sleeping. I take 40mg evernight. now I take them every other night.when I do that I seems to sleep better at night .but my finger still hurt when I try to make a fist. is this something to be concern about?

It is a high dose.Myopathies can start later with the earliest symptom of small muscles fatigue and then progress to long muscles.Reduce the dose to 10 mg.practice mental relaxation... atorva is like i please you.. for sleep..but actually is not a hypnotic.
