hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, myotol f (Inositol(1000 Mg) , Folic Acid(100 Mcg), side effects are nausea, vomit, stomach upset, gastric, if u add this medicine with one gastric tab, then she dont feel that problem like pentaprazole 40mg. hope u satisfy with my answer. thank u
