What Are The Sexually Transmitted Disease Symptoms?

I am a 26 tear old male, had unprotected sex and oral with a girl i just met at a bar the other night. 2 days later i have a very red sore throat, and raised white lines running from my throat to the back of my lips. What could this be? I rarley ever have unprotected sex (one time in 4 years) but i am still worried about an STD.
