What Are The Rights On Drug Testing Without Knowledge Or Consent?

what are my rights & the legalalities on drug testing by my O.B. doctr Without my knowledge or consent? And en d that also come into play where doctor also refers to mecconium testing of my newborn. ?? If. At birth my urine. Is. Negative. For drugs can Dr still test my newborn?

Although he is supposed to inform you before subjecting for testing but when rights of some other person is involved he can subject you for testing without consent. In the current scenario since an unborn child may be affected if you abuse drugs and doctor have all rights to test without consent.

The same is applicable for prison inmates and those who have criminal cases pending.

For a person who have sane mind and unlikely to affect others can not be tested without consent.
