Hello I am a 19 year old woman, aproxamately 3 or 4 days ago I had rough unprotected sex with my boyfriend afterwards I was in pain, went to the restroom there was no pain when I peed until a day after I washed my vagina, not sure if it the different soap as I was scrubing my thighs I noticed it started to itch, the next day I was in pain, me and my boyfriend decided to try and have sex again but it hurt to bad, He asked if I had a yeast infection and I told him I didn t know, the next day I found one bump but I was really damp in my vaginal area so I decided to put on a pad, the next day it seemed to look like I had a rash and little and big bumps showed up, once I took the pading off it was yellow and brown as if my vagina was really, really, dirty!! I went to the hospital today and the doctor diagnosed me with (Trich) and a UTI... She also said it LOOKED LIKE I had herpes, I think they come from friction my boyfriend is a very heavy duty guy and i m not to small either, I also think my panties irritated my skin.(I also shaved with a used razor and soap) The pain is subsiding but it still burns when I pee because of the UTI and i m still a little itchy, The bumps also hurt when my thighs are rubbed together. My questions are, Does it sound like I have herpes? Could she have mistaken Trich as a yeast infection? Should I get a second opinion before taking the meds. that she has given me? Could she mistake the herpes a yeast infection or a bacterial infection?
