What Are The Red Itchy Bumps All Over The Body?

I have red tiny bumps all over my body. They itch. I have a white milky thick discharge. I have two purple spots near my vagina lips. They look like blood blisters. Yes I am sexually active. I have these itchy bumps in the crack of my butt my arma and neck and inner thighs. If u have any clue to whaWhat this is please help.

Hi.
As per your case-history you are having candidal infection (white milky discharge). For the tiny bumps and cracks we need to ask you - What type of bumps are they - pus filled or solid? What is the duration of such skin lesions? Did it occur in past?
The cracks in inner thigh could probably fungal infection.
My treatment advice-
1. Avoid unprotected sexual intercourse as it may cause infection in your partner.
2. Apply a vaginal clotrimazole gel twice daily. Tab.levocetrizine can be taken for itching.
3. Oral anti-fungals like fluconazole,ketoconazole can be other treatment options after consulting a dermatologist.
4. Other other skin problems (ithchy cracks and bumps all over body) consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
