What Are The Red Bumps On My Chest Back?

Hi. For the last week I've been feeling very light headed and on occasion, nauseous. Yesterday, I noticed some pin sized, raised, red bumps on my chest back. I'm quite concerned - along side these symptoms, I've had some occasional pain in my feet and an upset stomach.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the symptoms suggest the viral infection, and stomach upset due to indigestion.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have some tests of blood and urine for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, omeprazole, domperidone, paracetamol.
