Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

Your symptoms are suggesting me that you may be having infection of the throat, which is caused by either bacteria or the virus.
The infection of the throat mucosa will leads to throat pain, uneasiness and less energy for any activity.

I would suggest you to follow
1.Steam inhalation with citrizine capsules
2.Salt water gargling
3.Oral NSAIDs
4.Course of broad spectrum antibiotics.
These remedies will improve your condition, the drugs are available only by getting prescription from your doctor.
Thank you.
