What Are The Reasons For Frequent Urination At Night?
when I lay down to go to bed at night I immediatley have to make several trips to the bathroom to urinate and it feels like I dont get it all out .. usually only a small amount comes out then I get into bed and the sensation appears again and off I go... I urinate normally during the day I also notice I have an odor somewhat fishy as well. I also just had a small period I am 49 and have not had one for at least a year and that one was thought to be Post menopausal as well Dr did a biopsy on my uterus all was ok and I have reg annual paps as well
As per my clinical experience, the frequency of urination with smelly fish odor indicates underlying urinary infection with some sort of bacteria as E.Coli or trichomonas, Candida more likely.
In my clinic, I recommend a swab test lab report for the final molecular diagnosis and antibiotics, antifungal medicines accordingly to control the issue in the best possible way.
