What Are The Reasons For Body Pain, Headache, Dizziness And Odd Urine Smell?

i have a list of problems..not sure what it is and and are related... symptoms include...pain through out entire body...mostly at night...random headaches....dizzy spell while sitting or driving... really strong odd urine spell....swollen lymphnode under chin..random stomach pain

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you have body pains, head ache,dizzy ness,odd urine spells,swollen lymph nodes under the chin,and random stomach pain.
It appears that you have have some infection,say urine infection,
the stomach pain could be due to the infection or the gastric problem.Infection may also cause the head ache, body pains,dizzy ness,could be due to infection.
The glands under the chin may be due to some infection in the mouth or teeth.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis, and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I,of whole abdomen for diagnosis.
