What Are The Painful Lumps In My Armpit?

I am 19 now and every since I was Id say 13 I have had this arm pit that was bigger then my other (right arm) I do have bigger breast but I have experienced more soreness and pain (and lumps) in my armpit then usual it has also gotten bigger causing my right Breast where my arm pit is to hurt as well . What is this? Can it be fixed? HELP!! Thanks :)

Thanks for proper history, Your problem looks to be the bigger axillary tail of the breast, an antomical variation since it is there since the age of 13.
I would suggest you the following:
Get ultrasonography and mammography done to get a confirmed diagnosis whether this is normal breast extension or fibroadenosis development.
This may not need any active treatment except for symptomatic treatment if need be .
