What Are The Outcomes Of Ovarian Cancer Treated With Chemotherapy?

Please tell me how serious aggressive ovarian cancer, treated with chemo, then found several months later in lymph nodes and gut. Is that now Stage 4? Currently treated with another round of chemo. What should we expect next, and what are usual outcomes?
