What Are The Nutritious Natural Supplements Given To Treat Hair Fall Caused After Typhoid Fever?

My daughter has got typhoid fever before 3 months. At that time, she has not got any hair fall or any hair loss. But for the past 2 weeks, she has been getting huge amount of hair fall day by day. How to get rid of this hair fall and is there are any nutritious supplements to be taken for that? Please help.

Hi. Typhoid is known to cause hair fall and in fact this has no known definite treatment. She can definitely take multivitamins ( without ginseng ) and a visit to the Skin specialist at least once is necessary to rule out any other problem causing hair fall.
