hello doctor my husband has done semen analysis.Reports said Physical characteristics: Volume:0.5ml,Colour: Greyish white ,Reaction-Alkaline,viscosity-less,LiquificationTime-20 min
Microscopic Examination: Concentration/ml-20 million/ml,
PUS cells:4 -6/Hpf+
Epithical cells:1-2/Hpf+
RBC:Nil
motility:
a)Rapid Linear progressive: 20%
b)slow liner progressive:30%
c)Immotile:50%
Morphology
Normal:20% Abnormal:80%
Head Defects:40%
Mid Piece Defects:20%
Tail Defects:20%
Fructose -------

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your sperm count and motility is low normal. However you have many abnormal sperm. You have 80% abnormal sperm. So you are suffering from teratozoospermia. Its very difficult to conceive naturally with this count.
You should go for artificial insemination techniques like IVF.
