Masturbation is normal sexual behavior.
It is just like sex but without involvement of the sexual partner.
The disadvantage of excessive masturbation:
Drowsiness
Weakness: due to loss of protein and calcium
Back pain, pelvic pain
Testicular pain
Rare:
penile fracture due to traumatic masturbation and Psychological side effect
Advantage of masturbation:
1. Reduce depression
2. Releasing of endorphin: good for
prostate, decreased prostate cancer
Not necessary in all person this side effect will occur.
I would suggest to do moderate masturbation,3-5/week.
Eat high protein diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
