What Are The Medications For Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

Hi My son( 5 Years) has started vomiting on 25th Dec and we have seen Doctor(ped) who has prescribed Grandem, colimex and Zifi as he was complaining with stomach pain as well. It followed with fever for couple of days and vomiting is stopped. Fever subsided after couple of days so we have stopped giving Advil and Para. He was not eating and drinking well along with stomach pain so with doctors advise we have admitted him to the hospital. they have given same treatment but in Injectible form and he felt better after couple of days and get discharged. Doctors has advised to continue ZIFI and Anafortan and colimax (on SOS basis). His urine and blood report was completely negative. today it is more than 10 days and he is still complaining about stomach pain and he had couple of vomits last night. please advise

Hello.The doctors have prescribed one of the most potent drugs against vomiting, Granisetron. If after the prescription of Granisetron and other drugs the vomiting persist,I think it is advisable to perform an Stomach Endoscopy to rule out various pathologies.I wish you good health.
