Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of constipation problem. I mentioned the following reason behind it:

- Lack of fiber and water intake in diet may cause constipation problem.
- Lack of gastric motility cause constipation problem. Intestinal condition also ruled out.

If you have problem of alternative constipation and diarrhea than think about irritable bowel syndrome. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
