What Are The Long Term Effects Of Celebrex?

I have severe neuropathy in my feet & lower legs & also have rheumatoid arthritis .Celebrex seems to be the only drug that relieves the discomfort & cramping in my legs at night & allows me to have uninterupted sleep. How safe is it to take the Celebrex (200mg) long term ? I am currently taking Xeljanz for my RA. I have tried both Lyrica & Endep for my Neuropathy but both theses drugs leave my feeling spaced out I see my Rheumatologist on a regular basis. I would appreciate any information you could give me. Thankyou.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the Rheumatoid arthritis then it can not be neuropathy, for the medicine Celebrex it can not be taken for long term may cause some cardiac problem hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
