What Are The Initial Symptoms Of Having HIV Through Sexual Contact?
Hello,i am a girl of 21..i made sexual relation with a man 4 times..that time i ws unknown about sexual diseases like Aids etc..Althogh we used condoms all d tym bt once there was some problem and we did wihout any precaution,and i took pills too to avoid pregnancy..now i read on internets abot hiv aids..i m very worried..pls help me out

Initial symptoms of HIV infection are generally vague like tiredness, lethargy, mild enlargement of lymph nodes & you can't diagnose infection by symptoms alone. Chance of aquiring infection through single unprotected sexual contact if you both are not having genital infectionis very low.
Simple method to rule out HIV infection is to do HIV antibody test now & after 6 months. If both are negative, there is no chance of having infection.

I think you will most probably be safe. It would have been better if you could have mentioned about the health status of your partner, his age, is he having affair only with you or has he got other sexual partners ?
If this is in the last one month then you have to wait otherwise if it is more than two months ago, then you can get yourself checked up for any disease. There are millions of married couples/ single partner couples who perform unprotected sex every day. Every sexual act does not lead to disease. There is nothing to worry especially if your partner is health one and he is not a commercial sex worker/ does not indulge in risky sexual behavior.
You can consult your G.P./ or doctor if you are too much worried and if any of the above mentioned points are positive. You should also learn about safe sex practices.
