What Are The Ill Effects Of Excessive Workout?

I've been plaing the Wii Fit for 45 minutes now. I just stopped working out on it because when I finished the hoolah hoop excercise, the right side of my chest, above the breast area, hurt when I breathed in. Is there any specific reason why it would be hurting? Or is it because I was working too hard?

Dear, In my view , your problem seems to be the outcome due to working too hard .
Workouts of any kind are not harmful any way unless they are performed wrongly or excessively .
While you exercise , start in slow motion and increase gradually after proper warming up .
Be careful not to over exert , beyond your capacity so that it may not cause you muscle pull or nerve damage . IT should be suitable for your body .
Just stop as soon as feel any pain or uneasiness .
Take a glass of hot water with lemon juice and a spoon of honey

Apply analgesic ointment on painful area and hot pack .
rest for some time .
Consult your doctor if problem persists
